The SHAPE network has two Work Based Learning Co-ordinators, who manage work experience and work placements for students in a number of schools, across both the Surrey Heath and Farnham and Ash networks.

Schools are continually striving to improve the Information, Advice and Guidance on offer to students, and are keen to deliver a comprehensive careers and work related programme for students. Work is continuing to embed careers education and guidance into the curriculum of individual schools’.
Many schools are now looking to achieve the Investors in Careers Award. In Surrey Heath, Tomlinscote School and Kings International College have already gained this prestigious award, whilst Collingwood College is well on the way to achieving this in the near future.
